These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the commercial relations between Régal'Animals and its customers.
Régal'Animals reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time, particularly with regard to prices.
2. Products
Régal'Animals offers natural, high-quality food for dogs, cats and ferrets.
The photos and descriptions on the site are as accurate as possible, but are provided for information purposes only and have no contractual value.
The products offered are intended for animal use only. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are suitable for their pet. If in doubt, a veterinarian should be consulted.
3. Price
Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), not subject to VAT at the moment.
Régal’Animals se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix à tout moment. Les prix applicables sont ceux affichés sur le site au moment de la commande.
Delivery charges are indicated during the ordering process (flat rate 12.00 CHF).
Heavy products (bedding)
Toute commande contenant au moins une litière entraîne l’application de frais de livraison, quel que soit le montant total de la commande.
La livraison gratuite ne s’applique pas aux commandes comprenant des litières.
Régal'Animals reserves the right to correct any pricing or availability errors displayed on the website. In the event of an obvious error, the customer will be informed and the order may be canceled or adjusted by mutual agreement.
4. Promotions
Some promotions may concern products with a shorter BEST BEFORE date.
🔎 About the dates:
DDM – Best Before End
→ “Best before”.
→ The product remains safe to consume after this date, although there may be some loss of aroma or texture.
→ The majority of our products use this type of date.
DLC – Use-by Date
→ “Use by…”.
→ Product not usable after the date.
→ This type of date does not apply to our promotions.
Promotions may include:
- products with a short expiration date,
- clearance sales,
- one-off offers.
The terms and discount percentages are indicated directly on the products concerned. Promotions are valid only during the advertised period and while stocks last.
5. Gift items
Gift items are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
In most cases, these are unlabeled samples.
6. Orders
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
The order becomes firm and final as soon as the buyer clicks on the “ORDER” button.
The risk is transferred to the buyer upon shipment of the goods.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering.
7. Payment
Payments can be made via:
• Bank transfer
• Twint
• Credit card
Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
8. Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated automatically as a flat rate (12 CHF).
Heavy products (bedding)
Toute commande comprenant de la litière entraîne l’application de frais de livraison, quel que soit le montant total de la commande.
La livraison gratuite ne s’applique pas aux commandes comprenant de la litière.
Les frais de livraison sont appliqués pour chaque colis expédié contenant de la litière.
Ces frais s’appliquent uniquement en cas d’expédition.
En cas de retrait de la commande à Bavois, aucun frais de livraison ne s’applique.
Les livraisons sont effectuées par DHL dans toute la Suisse, directement à l’adresse indiquée par le client lors de la commande.
Le délai de livraison estimé est de 2 à 5 jours ouvrables après confirmation et réception du paiement de la commande.
Régal'Animals declines all responsibility in case of delay or damage related to transport.
En cas de livraison partielle (par exemple en raison d’une rupture de stock), le client sera contacté afin de convenir d’une solution adaptée.
En cas de dommage constaté à la réception, une déclaration de sinistre doit être ouverte par le client directement auprès de DHL.
9. Returns and exchanges
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Defective product
- Régal'Animals made a mistake
In these cases, an exchange of the goods will be offered. No refunds will be made.
To be eligible, the item must:
- to be intact
- be in its original packaging
- be accompanied by proof of purchase
Defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt, with supporting photos. Return shipping costs are initially the responsibility of the customer. If the defect is confirmed, Régal'Animals will cover the exchange costs.
Once the product has been returned and inspected, an email will be sent to the customer informing them of the decision.
10. Personal data
The personal data collected is used solely for order processing (delivery, invoicing, customer service). It is neither resold nor shared with third parties. Customers may request access to, modification of, or deletion of their data by sending an email to: info@regalanimals.ch
11. Cookies
The site may use cookies to improve the browsing experience and collect anonymous statistical data.
By browsing the site, the user accepts the use of these cookies.
12. Force majeure
Régal'Animals cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to deliver due to force majeure:
natural disaster, strike, pandemic, war, widespread transport breakdown, etc.
13. Applicable law
These conditions are subject to Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
If no agreement is reached, the courts of the canton of Vaud will have jurisdiction.
