These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the commercial relationship between Régal'Animals and its customers.
Régal'Animals reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time, particularly with regard to prices.
2. Products
Régal'Animals offers natural, high-quality food for dogs, cats and ferrets.
The photos and descriptions on the site are as accurate as possible, but are provided for information only and have no contractual value.
The products offered are intended for animal use only. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are suitable for their animal. In case of doubt, a veterinarian should be consulted.
3. Awards
Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), not yet subject to vat.
Delivery charges are indicated when the order is placed (flat rate 12.00 CHF)
Régal'Animals reserves the right to correct any errors in price or availability displayed on the site. In the event of an obvious error, the customer will be informed and the order may be cancelled or adjusted by mutual agreement.
4. Promotions
Promotional items have a short expiration date.
- 20% : 8 months
- 30% : 6 months
- 50% : 2 months
- 70% : expired in the month of order
5. Gift items
Gift items cannot be returned or exchanged. In most cases, they are samples without labels.
6. Controls
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these GTC.
The order becomes firm and definitive as soon as the buyer clicks on the "ORDER" button.
Risk is transferred to the buyer as soon as the goods are dispatched.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of ordering.
7. Payment
Payments can be made via:
- Bank transfer
- Twint
- Credit card
Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
8. Delivery
Shipping costs are automatically calculated as a flat rate (amount: 12... CHF).
Deliveries are made by DHL throughout Switzerland, directly to the address indicated by the customer.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
Régal'Animals declines all responsibility for delays or damage caused by transport.
In the event of partial delivery (e.g. due to stock shortage), the customer will be contacted to agree on a suitable solution.
In the event of damage, the customer must file a claim with DHL.
9. Feedback and discussion
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Defective product
- Error on the part of Régal'Animals
In these cases, an exchange of the goods will be proposed. No refund will be made.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be intact
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt, with supporting photos.
Return costs are initially borne by the customer. If the error is confirmed, Régal'Animals will cover the cost of the exchange.
Once the product has been returned and inspected, an e-mail will be sent to the customer informing them of receipt and the decision regarding the exchange.
10. Personal data
The personal data collected is used solely to process orders (delivery, billing, customer service).
It is neither resold nor passed on to third parties, and is kept only for as long as necessary.
Régal'Animals declines all responsibility in the event of loss of data due to an external cause.
The customer may, at any time, request access to, modification of or deletion of his or her data by sending an e-mail to: info@regalanimals.ch
11. Cookies
The site may use cookies to improve the browsing experience and collect anonymous statistical data.
By browsing the site, the user accepts the use of these cookies.
12. Force majeure
Régal'Animals cannot be held responsible for any delay or impossibility to deliver in case of force majeure,
notably in case of natural disaster, strike, pandemic, war, or general transport breakdown.
13. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority.
If no agreement is reached, the courts of the canton of Vaud will have jurisdiction.
